Janaya Sadler, LCSW, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and owner of Urban Healing Counseling, PLLC who specializes in supporting stressed-out entrepreneurs. She combines professional training with lived experience as a business owner, as she lives them herself.

As the owner of Urban Healing Counseling, PLLC and a practicing therapist, Janaya blends personal experience and professional expertise to address the unique demands of running a business. She is currently on leave from seeing clients directly but continues to shape the practice and its offerings.

At Urban Healing Counseling she has cultivated a safe, non-judgmental space where entrepreneurs can explore challenges and develop coping strategies. Her work focuses on managing anxiety, combating burnout, navigating difficult decisions, and maintaining personal relationships while supporting a healthier work-life balance.
