Jen Farnham

Jen Farnham, LMFTA, is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate who specializes in trauma, attachment issues, grief, and relationship dynamics. She addresses sexuality concerns, supporting alternative family structures, and managing anxiety and depression, and uses Emotionally Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Gottman Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and art therapy.

Her journey from art and humanities teacher to therapist informs her work, blending creativity with a deep understanding of human experience. She works with individuals, couples, children, teenagers, and families and is a long-practicing ally to BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ communities.

With a warm and empathetic approach, she creates a safe space for clients to explore life's challenges and personal growth, helping them navigate complex emotions, set healthy boundaries, and build practical tools for change.
