Jenifer Gmeiner

Jenifer Gmeiner, MS, LMFT, is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who specializes in guiding couples through the journey of healing, reconnecting, and understanding. She focuses on building strong foundations through healthy and effective communication.

She uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Gottman Method, family systems, and person-centered therapy. Jenifer addresses sex life and intimacy, often broaching these topics in the initial sessions to better understand relationship challenges.

She earned a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Texas Wesleyan University in 2014 and is co-founder and co-owner of Reconnecting Relationships Therapy since 2015. Her background includes work in an inpatient psychiatric hospital and a non-profit agency, and she welcomes clients of all backgrounds and orientations, aiming to help them improve communication and foster deeper connections.
