Jenifer Gmeiner

Jenifer Gmeiner is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who works with couples to heal and reconnect. Gmeiner focuses on building foundations through effective communication, addressing all aspects of relationships, including intimacy, to guide clients toward healthier connections.

Gmeiner earned her Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Texas Wesleyan University in 2014. Her experience includes roles in an inpatient psychiatric hospital and a non profit agency, enriching her holistic approach. Since 2015, she has co-founded and co-owned Reconnecting Relationships Therapy, emphasizing a safe and inclusive environment.

Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy, The Gottman Method, and Person-Centered Therapy, Gmeiner helps clients navigate challenges and improve communication. She offers premarital therapy and welcomes diverse backgrounds and identities. Clients can expect a structured approach that deeper, fulfilling connections.
