Jenna Holtz

Jenna Holtz is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than a decade of experience providing trauma-focused therapy to individuals and groups. She creates a safe, supportive environment where clients can better understand themselves and their responses to difficult experiences, shifting the focus from “What is wrong with me?” to “What happened to me?” Through this approach, she helps clients make sense of their experiences, foster resilience, and nurture personal growth.

Jenna’s expertise includes supporting youth and adults facing challenges related to mental health, chemical dependency, developmental disabilities, and trauma. She has dedicated significant portions of her career to working with survivors of domestic violence and childhood abuse, as well as serving as a School-Based Mental Health Professional in a rural K-12 setting.
