Jenna Sneads

Jenna Sneads, MS, LMFT, is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (MT4216). She specializes in eating disorders, relational stressors, anxiety, trauma, depression, and various life stressors and uses an array of evidence-based treatment interventions to tailor care.

As Assistant Clinical Manager at Innovative Direction, she is involved in hiring and training other clinicians and provides clinical services across different treatment environments. She works with clients from children to adults, adapting her approach to each client’s needs.

She provides a non-judgmental and encouraging environment, aiming to empower clients toward change and improve their overall quality of life.
