Jennifer Cutrona

Jennifer Cutrona is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than 23 years of experience in the mental health field. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Delaware and a master’s degree in Social Services from Bryn Mawr College.

Jennifer works with both individuals and families, using a strength-based, client-centered approach tailored to each person’s needs. Her therapeutic framework integrates cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, acceptance-based strategies, and mindfulness practices.

Jennifer specializes in family therapy and supports individuals navigating a wide array of challenges, including depression, mood disorders, anxiety, complex trauma, ADHD, and relationship concerns.
