Jennifer Knapp is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 14 years of experience guiding teens and young adults through challenging times. Knapp works with people ages 14 to 21, addressing self-harming behaviors, suicidal ideation, anxiety, and depression.

Knapp completed her training in evidence-based practices such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). Her expertise extends to family support, recognizing the broader impact of youth struggles, and she also supports women facing health concerns and career transitions.

As a certified Trauma Center-Trauma Sensitive Yoga practitioner, Knapp incorporates this modality to aid emotional healing.
