Jennifer Metheny

Jennifer Metheny, PhD, Licensed Psychologist, is specializing in adult individual therapy and focuses on trauma, depression, and anxiety. She also works with stress management, relationship issues, career decision-making, life transitions, and grief and loss.

Dr. Metheny earned her doctorate in Counseling Psychology from the University of Oregon and completed a pre-doctoral internship at Oregon State University's counseling center, where she gained experience with diverse populations and complex clinical concerns.

Her collaborative and empowering approach reflects a commitment to establishing a strong working relationship and creating a safe, trusting environment. She uses evidence-based, client-centered practices to help adults build resilience and pursue meaningful, lasting change.
