Jessica Fritz

Jessica Fritz, LPC, is a Licensed Professional Counselor with over a decade of experience. She holds a Bachelor's in Women's Studies (concentration in Health and Human Services) and a Master's in Mental Health Counseling from The State University of New Paltz.

She specializes in anxiety disorders, depression, mood disorders, and PTSD and works with women, families, children and adolescents, members of the LGBTQ+ community, and young adults. She primarily utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Person Centered Therapy and takes an integrative and holistic approach.

With experience in individual, family, and group counseling, she creates a safe, nonjudgmental space where therapy is collaborative and tailored to each client's needs.
