Amador holds a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from A&M University-Central Texas and a Bachelor's degree in Neuroscience from UT Austin. She practices under the supervision of Jennifer Buffalo, combining her academic background with cultural insights to support her clients effectively.
Employing an integrative approach, Amador uses Person-Centered, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy techniques, alongside mindfulness and art therapy.
