Kathleen Lochmann

Kathleen Lochmann is a professional counselor with a Master of Arts in Professional Counseling from Liberty University. She has experience working in both private practice and hospital settings, where she provided therapy for adolescents and adults through individual and group sessions on inpatient mental health units. Since graduation, she has continued to expand her skills through specialized training, including Brainspotting Phase 1 and EMDR Basic Training.

Kathleen works with adolescents, adults, and couples, offering a comprehensive and holistic approach that addresses the emotional, physical, and spiritual dimensions of healing. Her therapeutic practice draws from a variety of modalities such as Existential Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Person-Centered Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, and faith-based interventions when desired by clients. She helps individuals navigate depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship concerns, and other challenging life transitions, providing a safe and supportive environment for self-discovery and growth.
