Kelly Bain-Conkin

Kelly Bain-Conkin is a practicing psychotherapist and Clinical Director at the Samaritan Center. She works with adults of all ages, focusing on trauma, developing healthy boundaries, and integrating spirituality into therapy when appropriate.

Bain-Conkin began her journey in mental health counseling in 2007, obtaining her licensure in 2009. She holds a Masters of Divinity from Truett Seminary and a Master of Educational Psychology from Baylor University. This educational background enables her to provide spiritually sensitive care alongside evidence based practices.

As a certified EMDR therapist and consultant-in-training, Bain-Conkin uses EMDR and the Internal Family Systems Model to address complex emotional experiences. Clients can expect a structured approach that emotional maturity and interpersonal growth. Her work includes co-leading a process group on "Growing Emotionally Mature Relationships," reflecting her commitment to connection.
