McKenna earned her credentials as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate and integrates a diverse therapeutic toolkit. Her approach includes trauma-informed Dialectical Behavior Therapy, somatic experiencing, Internal Family Systems, and mindfulness practices, allowing her to tailor treatment to each client's needs.

Using a holistic and somatic approach, McKenna focuses on the mind, body, and spirit. Clients can expect a collaborative and attuned experience, whether in person in Chapel Hill or virtually.
