As the founder of Infinite Healing & Wellness, Kelly brings a unique blend of professional expertise and personal insight to her practice, shaped by her experiences as a mother of five, including three with military backgrounds.

Kelly's approach is grounded in her belief in lifelong learning and the power of education to catalyze change. Drawing from her background as a teacher, she excels at helping clients recognize adaptive patterns in their lives and guiding them through a process of learning, unlearning, and relearning more helpful strategies. Her therapeutic style is characterized by objectivity, perspective, and compassion, creating a nurturing atmosphere that facilitates healing, strength, accountability, forgiveness, and effective boundary setting.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, Kelly's credentials are impressive. She is a faculty member of The Center for Excellence in EMDR Therapy, serving as a Facilitator, an Approved Consultant, and a Certified EMDR Therapist with EMDRIA. Additionally, Kelly is a Certified Daring Way Facilitator, incorporating the influential work of Dr. Brené Brown into her counseling practice. This diverse skill set allows her to tailor her approach to each client's unique needs, blending evidence-based techniques with compassionate care.
