Kelly Rusher

Kelly Rusher, MSW, LCSWA, brings a strength-based perspective to her work as a Licensed Clinical Social Work Associate. She draws from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to tailor treatment to each client’s needs.

She has worked in the nonprofit sector, foster care system, and college environments and supports college students, teens, and adults. That experience informs her understanding of challenges across developmental stages and systems.

Kelly creates a safe, non-judgmental environment and focuses on identifying patterns, practicing strategies for change, and processing client responses. She offers both in-person and virtual sessions and emphasizes collaborative partnership while supporting clients through change.
