Kerry Prior

Kerry Prior, MEd, LPC, is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with a Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology from Vanderbilt University, completed with honors. She offers individual and couples counseling and treats anxiety, depression, and trauma and abuse recovery (including EMDR).

She also addresses sexual issues and addictions, grief and loss, parenting and adoption, and the mind‑body connection for chronic or terminal illnesses. Kerry is in private practice, has served on the West Michigan Counseling Board of Directors, frequently speaks in Michigan schools, and is an adjunct professor at Grand Rapids Community College.

She meets clients where they are, allows them to set the pace, and provides warm, empathetic support to deepen self-awareness, set healthy boundaries, and pursue purposeful change.
