Kristi Longley

Kristi Longley, LPC, is a Licensed Professional Counselor who specializes in trauma, depression, and anxiety. She is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to help clients reprocess traumatic events, working to eliminate strong negative physical and emotional responses.

Kristi transitioned to counseling after a 20-year career she views as an invaluable training ground. She earned a master's degree in counseling from Lamar University and obtained her license to practice professional counseling.

She approaches counseling from a biblical perspective, recognizing God as the ultimate Healer who knows and loves each individual unconditionally. Kristi's approach is gentle yet effective, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere where clients feel safe to explore their deepest concerns.
