Kristy Novinski

Kristy Novinski, PhD, Licensed Psychologist and founder of Las Colinas Psychological Services, uses an existential-phenomenological approach and values the dignity, freedom, and responsibility of each individual. She specializes in depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, trauma, bereavement, and life transitions.

She integrates psychodynamic, attachment theory, trauma research, and neuroscience into individualized care and is EMDRIA-certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy. She works with healthcare and mental healthcare professionals and assists professionals and executives in managing work-related stress.

Novinski provides psychological assessment including diagnostic testing for learning difficulties, attention disorders, and personality testing and offers brief and long-term individual psychotherapy for adults. Her clinical experience spans university counseling centers, community mental health clinics, and medical rehabilitation facilities.
