Laura Allis

Laura Allis, Mental Health Professional at New Leaf Therapy Associates, LLC, creates a calming and nonjudgmental environment for clients. She serves individuals in Omaha and the surrounding communities and has achieved National Certification as a mental health practitioner.

She works with individuals, couples, families, adolescents, adults, and seniors, and her areas of focus include addictions, anger management, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, relationship issues, self-esteem, trauma and PTSD, and work/life balance. The New Leaf team is known for their expertise in EMDR, Brainspotting, Somatic Experiencing, and CBT, which inform how care is tailored.

Laura helps clients learn new coping skills, increase self-awareness, process past hurts, and pursue personal, professional, or spiritual growth. Clients can expect a supportive, confidential space that respects their values and therapy goals.
