Laura Walton

Laura Walton, LMFT, is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over a decade of experience specializing in trauma and grief. She sees clients through her practice, "therapy with lovelew."

She is trained in EMDR, Deep Brain Reorienting (DBR), Brainspotting, and Psychedelic Assisted Therapy, and is a Reiki Master with over 1000 hours of yoga and meditation instructor training. These modalities inform her trauma-informed work and somatic focus.

Laura offers Grief or Trauma Therapy Intensives (typically 4–20 hours) co-created with clients and draws on her lived experience as a survivor of childhood trauma and significant loss to provide a warm, compassionate, and authentic therapeutic space. She works with clients facing anxiety, depression, PTSD, or life transitions.
