Linda Dench

Linda Dench is a Dr. who is the driving force behind Dench Counseling, Sport & Wellness Centre. With over two decades of experience, she works with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families, focusing on sport psychology, addiction and recovery, and expressive arts.

Dench's educational journey includes doctoral research at Temple University, where she integrated counseling, sport psychology, and wellness with depth psychology. Her leadership roles include serving as Executive Director of the Family Service Agency in Pottsville, PA, and as President of the Pennsylvania Association for Play Therapy.

At her practice, Dench employs a holistic approach incorporating Jungian psychotherapy, neurofeedback, and vocational counseling. She emphasizes wellness by balancing stress with intrapersonal resources, often recommending yoga and tai chi.
