Lindsay Kachelmeier

Lindsay Kachelmeier, LCMFT, is a Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Bethel Seminary/University in St. Paul, MN.

She is specializing in pre-marital counseling, relationship dynamics, sexual functioning, spiritual formation, life transitions, grief, and trauma. She is trained and certified in Prepare-Enrich (pre-marital counseling) and is pursuing certification in Emotion Focused Therapy.

As the spouse of a local church pastor with over 15 years in full-time ministry, she brings insight into the distinctive challenges faced by those in ministry, including compassion fatigue, work-life balance, and boundary concerns. Lindsay focuses on holistic health—emotional, spiritual, and physical—and on emotional intimacy, relationship distress, past and present hurts, and sexual addiction.
