Lindsey Kayne

Lindsey Kayne, MA, LPCC, is a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate specializing in guiding clients through relationships and trauma, integrating mind, body, and spirit in her therapeutic practice. She uses evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).

She has extensive experience working with diverse populations and supports survivors of childhood trauma, domestic violence, and complex PTSD. She earned her Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Adams State University.

Lindsey blends evidence-based techniques with mindfulness practices and somatic therapies in a culturally sensitive, collaborative approach grounded in trust and empathy.
