Lindsey Kayne

Lindsey Kayne is a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate who works with clients to navigate relationships and trauma, integrating mind, body, and spirit in her practice. Kayne supports survivors of childhood trauma, domestic violence, and complex PTSD using evidence-based modalities.

Kayne earned her Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Adams State University. Her professional growth is ongoing through workshops, training sessions, and conferences. As an active member of The American Counseling Association, she remains informed about developments in the field.

In therapy, Kayne employs Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, and Emotionally Focused Therapy.
