As both a Licensed Certified Social Worker and Licensed Drug & Alcohol Counselor in Massachusetts, Lindsey brings a wealth of experience to her practice, specializing in anxiety, mood disorders, substance use disorders, trauma, and ADHD.

She skillfully employs a combination of evidence-based methods, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and motivational interviewing. Lindsey's academic journey reflects her commitment to holistic health and psychology. She earned her Bachelor's Degree from Goddard College in 2014, where she focused on the intersection of holistic health and psychology. Furthering her expertise, she obtained a certificate in Drug & Alcohol Abuse Counseling from Assumption University in 2018 and completed her Master's Degree in Social Work from Simmons University in 2021. As a member of the National Association of Social Workers (NASW), Lindsey stays current with the latest developments in her field.

Beyond her clinical training, Lindsey is also a certified Reiki II practitioner, adding another dimension to her holistic approach to wellness. When she's not helping clients, Lindsey enjoys playing musical instruments, gardening, cooking, and spending quality time with her cats and spouse.
