Liz Golden

Liz Golden is a Graduate Level Clinical Intern and Therapist who bridges the gap between research and therapy. Golden works with people experiencing trauma, particularly early childhood trauma, and offers therapy for parents, young adults, and middle-aged adults. Her areas of focus include depression, anxiety, attachment issues, relationship challenges, infertility, and family dynamics.

Golden is currently pursuing her Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Adams State University. She holds a Master's Degree in Market Research with a Minor in Statistics and a Bachelor's Degree in Communication with a Minor in Business from Virginia Tech University. Her extensive background in research and communication enhances her ability to provide insightful and empathetic therapy.

Golden's therapeutic approach emphasizes a warm, non judgmental environment where clients can explore their authentic selves. She employs trauma therapy and other methods to help clients access tools for meaningful change. Clients can expect a structured yet flexible process tailored to their needs.
