Liz Golden

Liz Golden, M.A., is a Graduate Level Clinical Intern & Therapist with over a decade of experience as a researcher studying human behavior. She is pursuing a Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Adams State University and channels her research background into clinical work.

She specializes in trauma therapy, particularly for those who have experienced early childhood trauma, and provides individual therapy for parents, young adults, and middle-aged adults. She addresses depression, anxiety, attachment issues, relationship issues, infertility, and family dynamics.

Liz creates a warm, comfortable, and judgment-free therapeutic environment and strives to demystify the process of therapy. She focuses on helping clients access the tools within themselves, combining analytical insight with compassionate care.
