Lizzie Nichols, LPC-MHSP(T), is a Licensed Professional Counselor at Sonder Behavioral Health. She specializes in relationship dynamics, sexual and intimacy exploration, and life transitions, integrating evidence-based techniques with a compassionate, down-to-earth style.
