As a licensed psychologist with a doctorate in clinical psychology from the Ferkauf Graduate School of Psychology of Yeshiva University, Dr. Neuburger brings a wealth of experience and a warm, empathic persona to her practice. Her integrative style combines the depth of psychodynamic conceptualization with the practical tools of evidence-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

Dr. Neuburger's extensive training has equipped her to handle a wide range of psychological challenges. Her inpatient experience at prestigious institutions such as Northwell Health/Zucker Hillside, Queens Hospital, and Pilgrim Psychiatric Center has given her a solid foundation in treating complex cases. She further honed her skills in outpatient settings, including the Yeshiva University Counseling Center and the CBT, Psychodynamic, and Family and Couples tracks at the Parnes Clinic. A fellowship at the Columbia University Center for Psychoanalytic Training and Research, followed by a postdoctoral fellowship at the Yeshiva University Counseling Center, rounded out her comprehensive education.

Prior to joining Empower Health Center, Dr. Neuburger worked as a staff psychologist at Ezra Medical Center, where she treated adults, adolescents, and children with diverse presenting problems. In her private practice, she specialized in working with adults facing trauma histories, relationship struggles, depression, and anxiety. This diverse experience has allowed her to develop a nuanced understanding of the complexities of human psychology and the varied ways in which mental health challenges can manifest.
