Maribel Hernandez

Maribel Hernandez, LPC-Associate, NCC, is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate with a specialized focus on play therapy for children, adolescents, and young adults. She uses play-based methods to engage young clients and support emotional development.

A bilingual counselor offering sessions in both English and Spanish, Maribel works with clients as young as four years old and addresses anxiety, self-esteem, stress, dysregulation, life transitions, ADHD, and trauma. Her clinical experience includes counseling centers, non-profit organizations working with at-risk youth and their families, and private practice.

She embodies the roles of co-regulator, optimist, and creativity cultivator, creating a safe, nurturing environment where children and teens can express emotions and learn healthier ways of communicating.
