Mariya McKinley

Mariya McKinley, MA is a master’s level clinician with experience in both outpatient and inpatient mental health care. She works with teens, adults, and couples navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral issues, and relationship challenges. Mariya provides a customized, client-centered approach drawing on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, Trauma-Focused Care, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and the Gottman Method for couples. She believes therapy is a collaborative process and is passionate about helping clients discover their strengths, gain insight, and build more fulfilling lives.
