Mark Nadolski

Mark Nadolski, Psy.D., is a psychologist at Waterstone Counseling Centers and part of a multidisciplinary team providing comprehensive mental health services and addiction treatment. He practices within Waterstone’s model of individualized, accessible, and flexible care.

His work uses Person-Centered Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, and Accelerated Resolution Therapy as part of integrated psychotherapy services. He treats Addictive Disorders, Mood Disorders, Anxiety Disorders, Trauma (PTSD), Personality Disorders, and Family Counseling.

Dr. Nadolski collaborates with a multidisciplinary team and supports addiction treatment that may include medication-assisted treatment (MAT) when appropriate. He may also provide free counseling to emergency and healthcare first responders and their families, offering compassionate, tailored care.
