As a Mental Health Practitioner, Kruzel specializes in supporting individuals through their journey of personal change and healing, with a particular focus on building resilience, managing difficult emotions, and fostering self-acceptance.

Kruzel's academic journey includes a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities, and an M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University, Minneapolis. Her practical experience is bolstered by a research internship at Hennepin County Medical Center and a clinical practicum at Thrive Behavioral Network, LLC. Additionally, she has obtained certification as a Clinical Trauma Professional, further enhancing her ability to support clients dealing with trauma-related issues.
At the Minnesota Center for Psychology, Kruzel provides a range of services including individual therapy for adolescents and adults, DBT individual therapy, and DBT group therapy for adults.
