Matt Obenauer

Matt Obenauer, LPCC, is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor who specializes in adult therapy for individuals over 18 and is LGBTQ+ affirming. He integrates Person Centered, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Existential, and Gestalt approaches and is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

Drawing from his own experiences with trauma, Matt practices trauma-informed care and treats anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, mood disorders, adjustment disorders, addiction issues, and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).
