Matthew Martenson

Matthew Martenson, MS Ed., LMHC, is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who specializes in anxiety disorders, posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and anger management. He integrates cognitive behavioral therapy, exposure, and mindfulness-based stress reduction into his clinical work.

He is a Certified Anxiety Treatment Professional through the Institute of Certified Anxiety Treatment Professionals (ICATP), October 2019, and uses Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for posttraumatic stress. His practice also includes a minimum 6-session anger management curriculum to address aggressive thoughts and behaviors.
