Megan Blackford

Megan Blackford, PLPC, NCC, is a Provisional Licensed Professional Counselor who specializes in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy and Trauma-informed Counseling for individuals and couples. She works with children, teens, adults, couples, and elders.

Megan provides telehealth (video or phone) and is accessible to residents of Parkville, Liberty, and Johnson County. She practices under the supervision of Jon Soileau at Soileau Partners Psychotherapy in Downtown Kansas City, Missouri.

Megan creates a safe, nonjudgmental space using active listening and empathetic techniques to help clients with anxiety, depression, and trauma. She offers a complimentary phone consultation to help prospective clients assess fit and begin the therapeutic process.
