Meredith Dolinar

Meredith Dolinar is a Marriage and Family Therapy Graduate Intern who works with people, couples, and families on their journey toward positive change and self-discovery. Dolinar embraces the power of narratives and systemic perspectives to address the complex interactions shaping clients' lives.

Currently pursuing a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy at Capella University, Dolinar builds on a foundation of a B.S. in Psychology with a minor in Child and Family Studies from Northwest Missouri State University. This educational background enhances her understanding of human behavior and family dynamics.

Dolinar employs narrative and systemic approaches, helping clients uncover strengths and identify resources for meaningful change. Her sessions are collaborative, guiding clients toward their goals while respecting experiences. Clients can expect a safe, judgment-free space to explore their worlds. Dolinar offers therapy at no cost on Thursdays and Fridays, providing valuable support to those in need.
