Michele Anaya

Michele Anaya, LPCC, is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with a 23-year career in diverse counseling roles. She employs Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Family Systems Theory, Psycho-education, and Client/Person Centered Therapy to tailor care to each client.

Her roles have included Assistant Clinical Director and Behavior Support Consultant, and she has worked in inpatient and corrections settings as well as outpatient therapy. This breadth of experience informs her clinical decisions across contexts.

Michele uses a holistic, strength-based, collaborative and empowering approach; she works with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families to build support systems, healthier lifestyles, and clear personal goals.
