Michelle Barichello

Michelle Barichello, PsyD, is a therapist at Centered Therapy Chicago. She earned a PsyD (2023) from Adler University and draws on current clinical training to inform her work.

She uses a relational, collaborative, and client-centered approach, creating a nonjudgmental space where clients are invited to guide the therapeutic process. Michelle helps clients process difficult feelings or past events and work toward values, aspirations, and life goals.

She values empathy, curiosity, understanding, and connection, respects each client's inherent worth and strengths, and provides high-quality, evidence-based care as a supportive companion through their therapeutic journey.
