Mikal Marceaux

Mikal Marceaux, LMFT, is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who works with a diverse clientele ranging from preteens to adults, including families and couples. She specializes in marriage and family therapy, divorce and blended family issues, anxiety and panic disorders, depression, and family conflict.

She uses Brief Solution Focused Therapy and Narrative Therapy and applies a systemic approach to help clients understand presenting issues and family patterns. Her experience includes working with children, teens, individuals, and adults in various therapeutic settings.

Mikal is experienced in working with transgender issues and considers herself an LGBTQ+ allied professional; she is kink and sex-positive and supports couples exploring nontraditional relationship styles and teens questioning their sexuality. She aims to provide a safe space for clients to process relationship challenges and pursue concrete therapeutic goals.
