Mike Saraceno

Mike Saraceno, LMFT, CIMHP, is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Life Coaching and Therapy (LCAT). He specializes in facilitating transformative experiences for couples and individuals seeking to enhance their relationships and communication skills and has particular expertise in working with couples and consensually non-monogamous/polyamorous individuals, including those navigating the complexities of raising children.

He earned a Master of Arts in Marriage & Family Therapy from the University of St. Joseph in 2014. As a Certified Integrated Mental Health Professional (CIMHP), he can offer nutritional and alternative medicine suggestions to complement traditional therapeutic work.

Mike is client-centered and views his role as a curious mirror and compassionate roadside assistant who helps clients get unstuck. He brings kink-awareness, sex-positivity, identity celebration, and unconditional positive body-esteem to create an affirming space for relational growth.
