Mindy McCutchan

Mindy McCutchan, LMHCA, is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate Intern. A life-long learner and returning adult student who shifted careers, she brings empathy and a commitment to growth informed by her own journey.

She practices from an Existential-Humanistic philosophy that emphasizes the here and now and takes a holistic view of each person. As an intern she combines her life experiences with professional training to remain collaborative and engaged in current therapeutic practice.

Mindy creates a safe and authentic space and models vulnerability to encourage honest sharing and reflection. Her approach is well-suited to people navigating life transitions, seeking personal growth, or looking to deepen their self-understanding.
