Molly Sexton

Molly Sexton, M.A., LMFT, is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist trained in systems theory who looks beyond the individual to the relationships that shape clients’ lives. She works with individuals, couples, and families and offers individual therapy, family therapy, couples therapy, discernment counseling, co-parent counseling, divorce coaching, and conciliation. Molly works with adults and young adults (ages 18+) on anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, personal growth, and relationship issues and also addresses alternative relationships, gender dysphoria, LGBTQ concerns, infidelity, and sexual dysfunction. She uses Solution Focused, Narrative, Bowenian, Cognitive Behavioral, and Systems Theory and tailors her technique to each client's presenting problem. Molly holds an M.A. in Marriage and Family Therapy from Mount Mercy University and emphasizes collaboration, empowerment, and a strengths-based stance, viewing the client as the expert and working alongside them to find practical solutions.
