Myra's educational journey began at Northern Illinois University, where she earned a BA in Sociology, laying the foundation for her understanding of human behavior in social contexts. She further honed her skills with a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University, equipping her with advanced therapeutic techniques. Her commitment to addressing trauma led her to obtain certification as a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional from Evergreen Certifications, enhancing her ability to support clients through their most challenging experiences.

Throughout her extensive career, Myra has developed a diverse skill set, working with a wide range of clients and issues. Her experience spans from adolescents and teens to adults, addressing various mental health concerns including substance abuse and anger management.
