Nicole Cotton

Nicole Cotton, Mental Health Counseling Intern, practices at Enlightened Insights while pursuing her Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling at Mercy University. She focuses on anxiety, depression, and trauma and works with children, adolescents, and young adults.

Nicole is certified in Psychological First Aid (PFA), providing immediate and effective support in times of crisis. As an intern at Enlightened Insights, she is putting her academic training into practice and combining theoretical understanding with real-world experience.

Her approach is compassionate and collaborative; she helps clients develop robust coping strategies and build resilience in a safe, nurturing environment where they can explore their thoughts and feelings openly.
