P.J. Stohlmann

P.J. Stohlmann, LPCC, MA, MDiv, is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and founder of Arising Hope Christian Counseling. He provides ethical mental health services within a Christ-centered and Biblical care model and works with adults and teens seeking guidance and support.

With a decade of experience serving in both pastoral and clinical capacities, he treats anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, grief, anger management, and sexual addiction. He uses CBT, REBT, Narrative Therapy, MBCT, Gestalt, IFS, and SFBT to tailor treatment to each client's needs.

Clients can expect a thoughtful, faith-informed, and patient approach that integrates spiritual and clinical perspectives. Sessions may include prayers at the beginning and end for those who are comfortable with this approach.
