Patrick Fleming is a joint owner of Your Choice Mental Health Therapy. He also assists with insurance and billing, ensuring practical concerns do not hinder access to care.

Fleming graduated from East Tennessee State University in 2018 with a Bachelor's degree in Public Health Administration. His interest in mental health grew from recognizing its societal importance, leading him to co-found Your Choice Mental Health Therapy.
