Paula Bloom, LPC, NCC, is a Licensed Professional Counselor who specializes in trauma/complex trauma, family and relational conflict, anxiety, and depression. She creates a safe space for clients to explore challenges and work toward healing.

She uses an eclectic methodology, drawing from EMDR, Person-Centered Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, and Structural Family Therapy. She holds a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Bachelor's in Developmental Psychology and has experience working with veterans and the homeless population in San Diego.
