Polly Rost

Polly Rost, Ph.D., is the Clinical Director at Rost & Associates. She leads the practice, embracing diversity and fostering inclusion and creating a secure and confidential environment where therapists and clients work together toward personal growth and healing.

Dr. Rost brings a wealth of expertise in eating disorders and complex behavioral issues and offers individual psychotherapy, treatment for anxiety and panic disorders, eating disorder therapy, couples and family therapy, and specialized care for children and adolescents.

Her work is rooted in evidence-based standards and tailored to each client’s needs; Rost & Associates serves as a clinical training site for graduate and post-graduate students, meeting APPIC standards. She has been featured on FOX43 and WGAL-TV, reflecting a commitment to public education about mental health.
