Ram Pardeshi

Ram Pardeshi, MD, is Medical Director and Psychiatrist at Mindful Care. He provides psychiatry, medication management, and therapy services to patients across the practice.

As Medical Director he oversees Psychiatric Urgent Care with in-person and virtual appointments, MicroTherapy™ for individual therapy, and Group Therapy sessions. His oversight also includes Psychiatric Ongoing Care for continued medication management and Addiction Recovery programs for substance use treatment.

Dr. Pardeshi emphasizes patient-centered, personalized care and leads a team focused on consistent, compassionate support. He has helped establish Mindful Care locations in Chicago, White Plains, and Hauppauge to expand access to those services.
