Regina Bridges

Regina Bridges, MA, LCPC, is the Clinical Director of Children's Services and a licensed clinical professional counselor with 8 years of experience in the mental health field.

She incorporates mindfulness, art therapy, yoga, play therapy, and sand tray therapy and has EMDR training. Her experience includes work with survivors of abuse and domestic violence, crisis intervention and assessment for inpatient treatment, and community-based therapy for children and adolescents; most recently she has focused on school-based therapy.

Regina offers a range of services including individual counseling, family counseling, and couples counseling and approaches care through a holistic, person-centered lens while welcoming and supporting clients of all sexual orientations, including LGBTQ individuals.
