Reka Foster

Reka Foster, LMFT, is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in both New York and New Jersey. She specializes in couples therapy, family therapy, complex trauma treatment, and wellness coaching.

She is a Certified Gottman Relationship Trainer and an Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) specialist and uses Polyvagal and Somatic Therapies while integrating traditional psychotherapeutic methods. She works with Gen Z and Millennial couples seeking pre-marital counseling and addresses chronic illness, loss, divorce, and step-parenting in family work.

Reka’s holistic approach addresses the interconnectedness of mind, body, and soul, incorporating mindfulness, integrative and preventative medicine, and Ayurvedic and holistic approaches. She aims to create a neutral, safe space to process trauma, improve resilience, and strengthen communication and relationship dynamics.
